Financing is available for Tiny Homes!  We have a couple of different lenders we work with, we will apply with several and see who comes back with the best terms for your situation. These Tiny Homes are technically considered RV’s by the state, so they are financed using a chattel loan. The term lengths range from 7 years up to 25 years!  This allows you to find the perfect monthly payment that fits your budget.  APR rates are determined by your credit score and payment record.  All it takes to get started is to fill out a credit application and it goes right to the credit company for approval.  Once approved, you are ready to start designing your tiny!!!
