What to expect?

What should I expect when purchasing a Tiny Home?

01.

Visit a Model

Visit the models, look at the plans and decide which floor plan will work best for you.

02.

Financing

Apply for financing, if needed, and get approved with the right payment that fits your budget.

03.

Pay Deposit

We require at least a 10% deposit to start designing your tiny home. The balance is due when order is placed.

04.

Design Home

Pick your colors, floors, finishes, countertops and choose from the list of options and upgrades to create your perfect Tiny Home!

05.

Start Build

Once the design is approved, it takes only 60 days from start to delivery for you to have your Tiny Home.
